Step into your yoga journey, one breath at a time
Yoga is a multi-faceted practice: ethical code of conduct, postural practice, breathing exercises, meditation... In today's fast-paced world, where our senses are constantly stimulated, sitting on our mats allows us to return to calm, to (re)connect with our breath, our bodies and the present moment. The practice (on and off the mat) opens the way to self-awareness, acceptance, compassion, patience, gratitude, humility, love, peace and joy.
As a yoga teacher, my aim is to accompany you on your journey, offering a safe, varied and accessible practice, in groups or individually, in a caring atmosphere.
See you soon on the mat!

Hatha Flow
A Hatha Flow class is both gentle and energising, relaxing and fortifying. This style of yoga combines the basic elements of Hatha, such as postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama), with fluid, continuous transitions between poses. This practice develops awareness of the breath by synchronising breathing and movement. It also develops strength, as the postures are held for several breaths before moving on to the next.
This class is open to practitioners of all levels, as different options will be provided (beginners welcome!).

Prenatal Yoga
Regular practice of prenatal yoga helps to alleviate the physical discomforts that can arise during pregnancy, keeps you fit, prepares you physically and mentally for childbirth, helps you to relax, recharge your batteries and become more aware and present in order to cope with the changes in your body and the emotions associated with this period.
Taking part in a prenatal yoga class is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with your baby and to bond with other mums-to-be.
Unless contraindicated by your doctor, you can start practising prenatal yoga at any time during your pregnancy.

Corporate classes
Corporate yoga is a practice that takes place in the context of work (whether at the workplace or not). Get together as a team to move with awareness, breathe and reconnect with your body and mind! Over the long term, these tools can help you deal with stress, improve concentration, develop creativity and facilitate interpersonal relations.
Corporate classes can take place at different times: in the morning to start the day on the right foot., at lunchtime for a break or in the late afternoon to decompress.
Corporate yoga practices include physical and breathing exercises and a moment of relaxation - always adapting to the needs of the group.
Are you looking to organise an occasional or recurring session? Interested in something tailor-made? Let's discuss about it!

About me
I discovered yoga in 2018 during a trip to Nepal. When I first started practising, I was delighted to rediscover the sensations I had experienced when I was younger through dance.
Yoga showed me the way back to the body, physical sensations and breathing. Practising asanas has enabled me to reconcile myself with my body. I'm observing how it works and learning to accept its limits and its singularities. Pranamyama and meditation give me the opportunity to re-centre myself, to understand my fears, to slow down and to live more consciously in the present moment. All this helps me to have a better relationship with myself and, ultimately, with others.
I was able to deepen all these aspects during my 200H Yoga Teacher Training at Brussels Yoga Loft in 2023. In 2024, I followed Astrid Cuylits' 85H Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Room Academy. That same year, I took a 20-hour online course on the history and philosophy of yoga with Zineb Fahsi at the Ayu Yoga School.
I like to describe yoga as a journey towards self-acceptance and liberation. Yoga teaches us to become aware of our thoughts, feelings and beliefs in order to (re)become ourselves, quite simply. As a yoga teacher, my role is to accompany my students on their own journey, offering them an accessible, safe and varied practice.
